How to cancel

No fee. No explanation required.

1. Open your account from the link in an order or refill email.
2. Choose Manage your subscription.
3. Open the plan you want to change.
4. Choose Cancel and confirm the change.
5. Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.

Skipping one delivery and canceling a plan are different choices. Choose the one you mean.

Email hello@underconsidered.com with the email used at checkout and the order number.

Please do not send card details. A canceled plan stops future renewals. It does not undo an order already processed.
